What is the difference between the Discovery and Global Package?​

To facilitate the introduction to our tool, we offer a Discovery Package with a limited number of users for the initial phase. This allows for setting up stores including inventory, documents, and other relevant information during the introductory phase.​
After this phase, the marketing team or store construction team can also enter the discovery phase with a small number of users and implement initial campaigns. Once these two phases are successfully completed and all necessary processes are set up, there's an option to switch to the Global Package with unlimited users.​
This staggered entry makes the implementation phase more cost-efficient and ensures that all key users are optimally prepared before the Global Package is rolled out. As a result, the tool can subsequently be made accessible to stores, suppliers, architects, and other stakeholders.​
Alternatively, it's also possible to start directly with the Global Package.​

**Why is there a Small / Medium / Large / Enterprise Package?​
 

Our tool is generally designed so that one can work with an unlimited number of users in the Global Package as quickly as possible.​
For pricing, the license basis is thus the package (Discovery or Global Package) and the number of stores managed in the Store Lifecycle Tool. The Small Package can include 1 – 299 stores, the Medium Package 300 – 799 stores, and the Large Package 800 - 1499 stores. For a store count of over 1,500 stores, we offer the Enterprise Package.
